Will we be seeing Dragon Age III sooner rather than later?

Bioware have apparently stepped up a gear in the production of their next Dragon Age game, after the franchise’s Creative Director Mike Laidlaw stated on Twitter earlier yesterday that the entire Dragon Age II team was now working on a new project.

Announcing that they were “done development on Dragon Age II, and the team has fully moved onto The Next Thing”, Laidlaw went on to comment that they’d be “actively looking for feedback on the next DA title, and will be showing the game more than before as it develops”.

Could we be seeing Dragon Age III as early as this year?
